At Bobbie's Baking, we specialize in catering to your needs.  We have all of the necessary equipment
to make your event special.  With trailer-mounted, commercial-grade barbeque grills, large portable
awnings, tables, trays, bar, and other serving items, we can transform your location into a place where
your guests will have the time of their lives.
We are also able to provide any of the extras that you would want, such as DJ's for music, or even
live entertainment.  Just give us a call to arrange your event.

We can set up our portable awnings at your site to provide shade and protection for your guests.
BARBEQUE GRILLS

Shown is our small trailer mounted grill.  We have recently added a larger grill also.
Our grills are all stainless steel, industrial-grade construction and trailer mounted for easy transport to your event.
Note the large capacity of our grills....  The picture shows 8 huge Boston Butts smoking at once on the small grill.  And, that's the SMALL grill.

Our complete cooking platform with two grills, ready to be brought to the site of your event.

Both grills are state-of-the-art, capable of both gas cooking or wood smoking. One grill can be producing quick burgers and hot dogs, while the other is slow smoking barbeque items like ribs, chicken, or briskets.

COMPLETE FACILITIES

Bobbie is a member of the private and exclusive Wildlife Club, located on the Catawba River in Belmont, NC. 
We can host your wedding reception or other event at this great party facility.

 
The Wildlife Club offers a large banquet hall suitable for large groups, and also has an upstairs section and an outdoor deck overlooking the Catawba river.

It's right on the water, providing a great atmosphere in a natural setting.

We can set up all of the tables and service to make your event a no-hassle success.  We provide all of the silverware, tables, tablecloths and decor.
